License

Subject to your purchase and compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use InvoiceFlow for your own business or internal invoicing purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage the software without written permission.

Product Scope

InvoiceFlow is a Windows desktop software product. Compatibility is intended for Windows 10 and Windows 11. You are responsible for verifying that your device meets the necessary system requirements before purchase.

Payments and Checkout

All payments are processed through JVZoo and applicable payment providers. Pricing, taxes, and payment handling may be subject to the terms of those services in addition to these terms.

Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Policy - InvoiceFlow. Refund valid ONLY if license has NOT been activated. Contact contact@appesty.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

Eligible:

• License not activated
• First-time purchase
• Request within 7 days

Not eligible:

• License activated (no exceptions)
• Request after 7 days
• Prior refund on any InvoiceFlow product
• Chargeback without contacting support first (permanent ban)

Renewals are non-refundable. Approved refunds processed in 30-35 business days; license permanently revoked.

I understand and agree that this purchase is non-refundable. I expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and/or services upon purchase, and acknowledge that by downloading or accessing the product, I waive my right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Permitted Use

• You may use the software to create, manage, print, and export invoices for lawful business activity.
• You may create backups for your own internal use.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy for resale, or distribute the software except where required by applicable law.

Support and Updates

Your purchase includes access to the current version of the software, a quick-start guide, email support, and free minor updates. Major version upgrades may be offered separately or at a discounted rate.

Any reference to lifetime access or lifetime use applies to the life of the product. The average lifetime of a product of this nature and price point to be supported is approximately 5 years.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own business data, protecting your device and login environment, and verifying the accuracy of invoices, tax settings, customer details, and email configuration before sending documents to clients.

No Income or Business Guarantee

InvoiceFlow is a software utility. It does not guarantee income, business growth, customer acquisition, or financial outcomes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftTechHub and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business data arising from use of the website or software.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to downloads, updates, or support if these terms are violated, if fraud is suspected, or if required for legal or operational reasons.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
